How to get help
How to get help when you need it...
IQ Seven gives you unbiased expert advice to fix problems and improve your website. You choose which alerts and recommendations to put into action, and which (if any) to ignore. You have several options to get your work done...
- Get your existing web developer or digital agency to do the work;
- Find a different web developer, agency, contractor or consultant to do the work; or
- Do the work yourself (DIY)
OR 4. Get help from the expert team at IQ Seven to complete the work for you.
It's up to you....
IQ Seven gives you recommendations and instructions you can give to your web agency, web team, contractors or other helpers. If you want to DIY, you also get links to the best online DIY guides and information. Who fixes your problems and improves your website is totally up to you, but we can help you if you want.
We added the 'Help Me' button and the 'Fix It' service after a lot of website owners told us they didn't have anyone they could trust to do fix and improve their website.
IQ Seven is independent
IQ Seven is an independent 3rd party website checking and testing service. We're not trying to sell you anything else, although we're happy to help you if you need it.
You can use whoever you want to get your work done. We have nothing to gain by finding problems for you to fix. IQSeven alerts and advice are unbiased. The system just tells you the facts.

How to find your own Freelance Contractors
If you want to engage your own contractors and manage all tasks yourself, there are plenty of excellent people available through online freelance resources such as UpWork, Freelancer and Guru. For small tasks, you may find cost-effective help at Fiverr or Five Squid. (Tip: Always check reviews and references before hiring any freelance contractors.)
Beware of ALL SEO Consultants
If you are looking for help with your SEO, then please check out these 28 Questions to ask BEFORE you engage an SEO consultant. There are some good ones, but not many. Most will take advantage of you. They will sell you their SEO snake-oil and rip you off until you realize it. A good default position is to be very wary of ALL SEO consultants, and never engage any of them on a 12 month or longer contract. Start with a 3 month trial and let them prove themselves first.
