The Tutorial explains the List View and the Map View on the dashboard. The List View includes the Alerts, Actions, Filters and WebChecks tabs. The Map View shows alerts in Impact Zones, highlighting Alerts with Deadlines and No Deadlines, and Alerts that you put into Action.
Here is a quick introduction to the type of information you get with each IQ Seven Alert and how to put an Alert into Action. (3:50mins)
Your Next Steps
Specific alerts for your website will appear on your IQ Seven dashboard once you have saved your profile settings. For your convenience, each alert is displayed on your List View and on your Impact Map.
Timeframe to see Alerts For Action
Monitoring of your website begins immediately and you will see alerts about any problems detected. Alerts from your WebChecks will flow to your dashboard in the next few hours or days. (Typically 24-72 hours.)
Connect your Google Analytics to see alerts about your website created from deep insights into your analytics data. These will appear after you connect and the AI engine has analyzed the changes and trends in your vital KPIs.
You will see relevant News Alerts immediately. You can refine your settings to add the specific software and services you use so you see News alerts about any important updates or changes.
Alerts for your 'Next Steps'
Your dashboard may display alerts about the 'Next Steps' recommended for you and your website. This can happen immediately or as triggered by the AI engine. IQ Seven recommends you look at these now and action them now.
Remember to change the status of each alert to "Completed" once you have finished the action. Also remember to use the Feedback ratings to continually improve the quality and relevance of alerts for your website.
