Introduction to the IQ Seven dashboard
Let’s take a quick look around your IQ seven dashboard. Your dashboard displays your Alerts for action, so you can choose what to do to improve your website to drive better results. Your Dashboard has two main parts - your Impact Map and your List view.
Each of your Alerts for action display on both your Impact Map and your Lists. You see alerts for Warnings about major problems, Issues to fix, Ideas for improvement and significant Opportunities for improvement.
The Impact Map displays all of your Alerts and actions in zones according to their likely impact. The Critical Impact Zone is in the centre. The Impact Map has segments for each of the seven Result Areas – Visibility, Attraction, Engagement, Conversions, Leads & Sales, Social, and Security & Reliability. Each Alert displays in its Impact Zone in its relevant Result Area. The Profile Setup segment shows Alerts for you to set up, update or refine your Profile.
The Impact Map helps you easily focus on different alerts, and focus on the most important things first. So, an alert that may have a Critical Impact on your website will display in the Critical Impact Zone in its relevant Result Area.
List View is Mobile-Friendly
In the List View, you see all of your WebChecks, and all of your Alerts and Actions. Your List view is mobile-friendly so you can access and use this at any time on your mobile phone.
Alerts for you to Action
Your IQ Seven dashboard is fully interactive, and updates in real-time so it is always up to date with all of your alerts and actions. You can click on any alert to see its details and your recommended actions. You can add your own notes, and use the links to Further Info to learn more if you need to.
All Alerts come to you as New Alerts, and display in the New Alerts tab. It’s the same in List view and on your Impact Map. You decide which alerts to action now, do later, or Ignore. The Alert then displays under the appropriate tab so you can easily track your Actions as To Do, In Progress, Completed or Ignored. You can filter and sort your Alerts and Actions using the Filters.
Get additional WebChecks for more New Alerts
WebChecks are the tests, scans and reviews that IQ Seven can run on your website and your presence in search engines, social media and more. You can request additional WebChecks at any time. You can see your Recommended WebChecks on your Impact Map, and in the WebChecks tab.
IQ Seven subscribers can turn the WebCheck Auto Pilot ON and let the AI engine automatically select and schedule the best WebChecks for you. IQ Seven then runs the WebChecks and alerts you to any problems to fix and opportunities to improve.

Timeframe to see Alerts For Action
On Demand WebChecks are typically completed for you within 24 hours of your request. Regular monthly WebChecks are scheduled by IQ Seven to run each month. Depending on your Notification Settings, you can receive email notification when each WebCheck is completed.
24/7 Monitoring WebChecks can produce alerts at any time. Site Monitoring WebChecks are managed by the IQ Seven AI engine. Alerts display on your dashboard in real-time.
Some of the 24/7 Monitoring WebChecks use your Google Analytics data to find problems to fix and opportunities to improve. You must connect IQ Seven to your Google Analytics so these WebChecks can work. The AI engine automatically processes your analytics data to create its insights into your analytics data using changes and trends in your vital KPIs.
Your Profile Settings
IQ Seven works best when you personalize your profile settings for your specific business and website.
Your dashboard will display alerts to help you set up your profile. These are triggered by the AI engine. You may see Profile Setup alerts when you first create your profile with IQ Seven. You will also see new Profile Setup alerts if the IQ Seven settings options are updated, and when the AI engine recommends you review your settings.
